The Inventory

Purpose & design.

A comprehensive snapshot of your church's current capacity to disciple people in their work life and vocation, surfacing both visible structures and invisible cultural dynamics.

The inventory moves churches beyond surface-level faith-and-work conversations and helps leaders understand both visible structures and invisible cultural dynamics that shape work life ministry effectiveness. This data driven resource empowers churches to effectively disciple believers in their work life for Kingdom and cultural flourishing.

Grounded in organizational research and organizational change and biblical principles, and decades of practical business, academic, pastoral and statistics experience, it identifies beliefs, behaviors, and systems that may be working against the church's mission, and reveals the shifts needed for deeper integration and greater Kingdom impact.
