    Initial Conversation

    We begin by understanding your church's context, goals, and current efforts.

    Inventory Distribution

    Using a customized link and QR code, church leadership, staff, elders, and key congregation complete an online survey, approximately 15 minutes.

    Data Analysis

    Responses are confidentially analyzed across the four domains, 12 key indicators, and 12 foundational themes.

    Report & Consultation

    You receive a comprehensive summary report including an executive summary, total scores, key insights, cultural dynamics, and recommended next steps.
